- Focuses on developing complete wrestlers through technical skill, strength, conditioning, mental discipline and most importantly, a desire for sexual dominance.

- An exclusive ring reserved for students and teachers of the college.

- A full-sized wrestling gym where students train and compete in weekly matches.

- Equipped with professional weightlifting and athletic training equipment, with a public ring.

- Used by wrestlers for recovery after intense training sessions.

- Spacious changing rooms with individual lockers and showers.
- Recovery Lounge
- A dedicated relaxation area with sofas, mirrors and a bed where wrestlers recover between training sessions. It can also be used by the winners to "play" with the losers after a battle.
Rules
Note: The rules are only meant to add depth to the university's history; obviously, no one in the federation is required to follow them.
- Following a fight, the loser becomes the winner's property until the management or the winner decides otherwise.
- A fight can only happen if both fighters agree. However, refusing to fight may result in expulsion from the center.
- The director's word is law and must be obeyed above all else.
- The use of lethal force is strictly forbidden.
- No excuses allowed.
- If there is a dispute between students or teachers, it must be resolved through a fight.
