LoboFighter24: In the lockers, I shadow box, working on my combos as i continue rewatching my previous fights. Watching my opponents kiss the canvas after I knock them out. Wearing white gloves and matching gold and white shorts, 5'8 and 180lbs. I smirk as i hear a knock on the door. I grin as I flex in the mirror, a light cover of sweat coats my hairy chest and muscles. I walk to the ring, my sweaty muscles rippling as i flex for the crowd. Hearing my fans cheer as i get to the ring. I jump up the ropes. My bare feet land with a thud on the mat. As I circle the ring, i flex before getting to my corner and leaning against the ropes. Waiting for you to make your entrance.
Chris_Riegan: Im finished changing and hear that you are called first. Im wearing black gloves and black trunks with dark and light stripes. I also insert my black mouthpiece as i wait for my name to be called. I stretch a bit and eventually my name is called. I make my walk down to the ring flexing for the crowd as i do so. I get inside the ring in the opposite corner and see you leaning against the ropes. Your body is already slick with sweat just like mine. It seems we both had the same idea of working up a sweat before the match. Im 5’9 and 190lbs so i have a minimal advantage in weight and reach but i know that you are a strong opponent and have beaten fighters much bigger than me. Im confident that ill be able to take the win in this fight though. I eventually walk to the middle of the ring to touch gloves with you.
Round 1 -
LoboFighter24: The crowd goes wild as we meet in the centre of the ring, our gloves touching in a brief, respectful gesture before we retreat to our corners. The bell rings, signalling the start of the first round. I watch you closely, studying your stance, the way your muscles tense and relax. You're a methodical fighter, I can tell, not one to throw wild punches. That's good; I like a challenge. I throw some fake jabs, testing the air, trying to gauge your reaction time. You're fast, I'll give you that, but I'm faster. I dance around you, my feet barely touching the canvas, as I throw a fake jab again, trying to distract you as i throw a wild and fast right hook aimed for your jaw.
Chris_Riegan: The first round officially starts and we both observe each other. You take the initiative and test the waters by sending some fake jabs. I reflexively raise my guard to block them but realize they are just feints. ‘This guy boxes smart…’ I think to myself as i become more wary of your fighting style. You keep moving around and i do the same yet you are still somehow a bit faster probably because you are lighter than i am. You throw another jab and i decide to fight against my instinct to block instead observing your right which backs up a bit to throw the wild hook. Im able to barely duck under it and i reply with two alternating hooks to your ribs as a counter attack while im using the momentum of the duck. I then follow up with my own feint left jab upstairs as i try to catch you off guard with an overhand right hook to your temple.
LoboFighter24: Your counter hooks catch me off guard, I grin, showing you my teeth, as I absorb the blows and pivot away from the overhand right just in time. You're clever, I'll give you that. The crowd is eating it up, the thud of our gloves echoing through the arena. But I've been waiting for this, training for this moment. I see the opening you leave as you step in for your right hook and I take the opportunity to land a swift left hook to your cheek. It's not enough to knock you out, but it's enough to leave a mark, to let you know I'm not just here to look pretty.
Chris_Riegan: My overhand misses and you take the opportunity to slam a left hook across my cheek. My head snaps to the side violently as spit is sent flying off. After my head comes back i have a serious scowl on my face and i punch my gloves together. “That all you got?!” I say as i send a feint right cross to your jaw, trying to hide my real punch of a left hook to your temple. I then sidestep to the side to try and send two more consecutive right hooks to your ribs.
Chris_Riegan:

LoboFighter24: The smack of my left hook sends a shockwave through your cheekbone, but you're resilient, I'll give you that. You come back with a feint right and a left hook of your own, aiming for my head. It lands, as i stumble backwards. But I've been hit harder. Your punches to the ribs come in quick succession, the impact reverberating through my body. I grunt but refuse to show pain. I grin showing my red mouthguard and spit out a mouthful of saliva. "Is that your best?" I taunt. As i lunge forward again, my eyes glinting with the excitement of the fight, as I throw a right jab aimed for your head, followed by a powerful left hook to your midsection, trying to take the wind out of you, before the round ends.
Chris_Riegan: All my punches land but you take them like a champ, not showing a hint of pain and taunting me while you do so. I keep myself collected though as you send a right jab. I parry the jab away and you reply with a hook to the midsection which lands with a thud on its target. I flex my core to reduce the damage a bit but it still hurts quite a bit. I groan but keep the pressure on as i step closer to in-fight. I send an right uppercut to your navel followed by a quick up close left hook aimed at your liver.
LoboFighter24: The uppercut catches me off guard, the air leaving my lungs in a whoosh as I double over slightly. I suck in a deep breath, tasting the metallic tang of blood in my mouth, and push through the pain. I know you're coming for my liver, but I'm ready for it. I lean towards you, clinching us as i pull you into a close embrace, our sweaty bodies pressing against each other as i take your hook. I use this moment to land a sharp elbow to your ribs, hoping to disrupt your rhythm. The crowd roars as we break apart, the round almost coming to a close.
Chris_Riegan: Just as im about to land the liver punch you come in and close the distance with a clinch. My punch still lands but loses much of its power. As our sticky bodies embrace you stab my ribs with your elbow and a sharp grunt leaves my lips. We break apart and i start breathing a bit harder. I try to keep up my previous rhythm but its hard. As we break apart i send a wild left hook to your jaw followed by another slower wild right hook to the same place.
LoboFighter24: The thud of the left hook resonates in my jaw, but it's not enough to shake me. I stumble back a step, spit flying from my mouth. I wipe my mouth with the back of my glove, smearing sweat and blood across my cheek as i dodge your right hook. I smile at you, a fierce, feral grin, my teeth stained red. I charge forward, Throwing a right hook, aiming for your chin, looking to end the round with a bang.
Chris_Riegan: I land my left but you dodge my right. Your charge forward and throw a nasty and quick right hook. I try to duck under it but you are fast and the punch nails my jaw. My head snaps to the side as spit and sweat fly off. I retaliate as the round is about to end. I take a step to the right and send an overhand right. I then take two steps to the left and send a left hook.
LoboFighter24: I see the overhand right coming and dodge it, but your left hook catches me by surprise, glancing off my cheek. As the round ends, I grunt, looking at you as i back away to my corner, touching the cut with my glove. The corner man rushes to me, applying pressure and checking my eye. I lock eyes with you across the ring, my gaze never wavering. I smirk as i see your corner man trying to calm you down and patch you up. This is going to be a war, and I'm ready for it.
Chris_Riegan: The round ends and we both go to our corners. I seem to be in better condition after the first one since i still have not cuts. My cornerman gives me some water as we stare each other down. After a few moments eventually the bell rings signaling the start of the second round.
LoboFighter24: Still on my stool, I listen to my corner's advice, their words a blur in the background as I focus on the task at hand. The smell of sweat and adrenaline fills the air as I wipe the blood from my cheek, my eyes never leaving yours. The bell rings for the second round and I leap to my feet, eager to continue our dance of fists.
Round 2 -
Chris_Riegan: I get up as the bell rings and quickly put my guard up. You leap out of your corner and we quickly meet in the middle of the ring, each of us raring to go. I swing first sending two quick left jabs followed by a powerful right hook to your obliques and finishing off the combo with a left hook to the other side.
LoboFighter24: The second round starts, and I can feel the anticipation of the crowd like a heartbeat in my chest. I watch as you throw your two quick jabs, I grunt as i block one and weave the other. Your right hook to my obliques is powerful, as i growl in pain but I refuse to let you see it as i dodge the left hook. I need to keep the pressure on, to not let you control the pace of this fight. So, I counter with a swift combination of my own, a quick left jab aimed to your nose, followed by a heavy right hook aimed to your solar plexus, aiming to make you feel the power of my punches.
Chris_Riegan: You defend and dodge very well as you avoid my jabs. My right hook lands but you show no sign of slowing down as you dodge the left one as well. You retaliate with a left jab that i parry away with a bit of effort leaving me open to your heavy right hook. The punch sends ripples across my body as i bend over a bit to the side from the power of the punch.
Chris_Riegan:

Chris_Riegan: I take deep breaths as that punch sucked some energy out of me and reply with two slower alternating hooks to your chin as my exhaustion starts to show.
LoboFighter24: I grin as you bend over from my hook, your guard slipping for a fraction of a second. It's all the opening I need. I take your hooks on the chin, feeling the vibrations in my own skull, but I've been hit harder before. I dance back, my feet moving swiftly, and I throw a right left jab-cross combo. My left fist snaps out aiming for your nose, and my right follows, aiming for your chin as sweat drips from my body.
Chris_Riegan: You almost walk through my hooks as they land on your head but you scoff and push forward. You move fast and throw a 1-2 combo that slips through my guard easily. “Mmmph! Mmph!” I grunt as i take another step back getting closer to the ropes. To defend myself i try to grab your arms in a clinch and send a strong left hook to your liver.
LoboFighter24: The crowd roars as we clinch, my arms entangled with yours, our chests heaving. I feel the power of your left hook to my ribs, "UGH" i growl in pain, but I don't back down. Instead, I use your momentum to drive you into the ropes, my forearms pressing into your shoulders. I lean in close, my hot breath against your ear, "You're mine now," I whisper, before throwing a swift hook to your liver.
Chris_Riegan: You groan as my hook lands but you use my clinch to push me back to the ropes. As you lean in close you taunt me and back up your snarky remark as you land a powerful haymaker into my liver, stealing a move from my playbook. I grunt loudly as my knees buckle.
Chris_Riegan:

Chris_Riegan: My mouthpiece bulges out as some spit flies down. I stay standing out of sheer will but the punch has taken quite a toll on me. I try sending an overhand left hook to your temple but its telegraphed as my breathing is hard from exhaustion.
LoboFighter24: The crowd is cheering as i hold you against the ropes. I feel you spit run down my back as you stay standing. I know you're hurt, so i growl breaking the clinch, moving back slightly as i throw a left hook to your damaged ribs, then i aim to slam your jaw with a right cross, trying to capitalise on your weakened state.
Chris_Riegan: I whiff my hook as you break up the clinch and move back slightly my hook barely grazing your head as you then come back hard to my ribs. Ripples are sent across my body as i grunt loudly and my face contorts in pain. I lower my guard to protect my midsection and this allows you to land your right cross which snaps my head back hard and over the ropes. My mouthpiece loosens up a bit more as spit and sweat are sent flying over the ropes and outside the ring.
Chris_Riegan:

Chris_Riegan: The round is almost over so i try to survive by trying to give you a nice shove to get you away from me and give me some space so i can get off the ropes. I also send a few sluggish warning left jabs to try and keep you at bay.
LoboFighter24: The round is almost over, but I'm not about to let you off easy. I see the desperation in your eyes and smell the fear coming off you in waves. I know you're hurt, but this is just the start of the end for you. I absorb your sluggish jabs and step back, watching you closely. I can feel the crowd's energy building, feeding off our brutal dance. I faint a right jab and then, with all my might, throw a left hook to your jaw, aiming to knock you out cold.
Chris_Riegan: You absorb my jabs like they are nothing. You watch me like a hawk… like im prey… and you feint a right jab. I take a chance and don’t block it keeping a close watch to your other glove which then reveals itself to be a left hook. I barely dodge it by leaning back against the ropes harder as the punch whiffs right in front of my face. Just then the bell rings signaling the end of the round. I sigh of relief and you step away from me with a scoff, clearly wanting to end the fight right then and there. I walk to my corner slowly and slump against the pad when i reach it as i sit down.
LoboFighter24: The bell rings and i growl in frustration, knowing that you've survived my best shot for now. I retreat to my corner, the smell of sweat and blood thick in the air. My cornerman rushes over, spraying my face with water, whispering strategies into my ear, but all i can think about is your face contorted in pain, begging for mercy. I nod curtly, wiping the sweat from my eyes as i look at you on your stool. "This isn't over, not by a long shot". I think to myself as i slam my gloves together in anticipation.
Chris_Riegan: You seem full of energy while im already panting and running on fumes. I get some water from my cornerman as he shouts at me to keep my head in the game. His words go through one ear and leave out the other. Your words though… Those resonate in my head. The bell rings again signaling the start of Round 3. I get up ready as i can be for the next round.
Round 3 -
LoboFighter24: The bell rings again and round 3 begins. I stalk out of my corner, my eyes locked on you. Your face is etched with pain, your breaths ragged. But I know better than to underestimate you. You're a fighter, and I respect that. I circle you grunting as the crowd cheers, waiting for me to make the first move. I feint a left jab, watching you flinch slightly. That's when I throw the real punch, a lightning-quick right hook aiming for the side of your head, hoping to stun you and set up the knockout.
Chris_Riegan: We circle each other again and you make the first move, another feint. This time i fall for it and flinch moving my guard just enough for you to rail me with a nasty right hook. The punch definitely stuns me as i take multiple steps to side almost reaching the ropes again. Now out of desperation i send two wild but very predictable haymaker hooks to your head trying to get you off me somehow.
LoboFighter24: Your wild hooks come my way, as I slip under them, feeling the air whip past my ears as i send a left jab aimed at your liver. Your desperation is palpable, but I know that's when fighters make their biggest mistakes. I step in closer, throwing a fast right jab aimed at your nose. The crowd is on the edge of their seats, chanting our names, a cacophony of raw emotion as the third round continues.
Chris_Riegan: Two big whiffs as you duck under both of them and send a nice jab which makes me grunt loudly and lower my guard enough for your right jab to my nose. It snaps my head back hard and i start to bleed. Some blood drips down my nose and into the canvas. My eyes are starting to glaze over as i send another slow right hook, not even fighting smart at this point.
LoboFighter24: The blood from your nose stains the canvas beneath us, I smirk as the crowd cheers. My heart races with excitement as I see the toll the fight is taking on you. You're still standing, still swinging i respect that, but your punches are slower, your reactions dulled. I know this is my moment as i slam my gloves taunting you. "Come on Chris, show me what you got!" I grunt as circle you, lunging back and forth taunting you. Using your exhaustion against you.
Chris_Riegan: You taunt me over and over again, filling my head with negative thoughts as i try to land a single punch but you keep moving. I send a left jab that you easily weave. A right hook again that you duck under. I send a left uppercut to your navel that you take while flexing your midsection absorbing the whole punch. I tire myself out more and more, to the point where i can’t raise my guard above my chin.
LoboFighter24: The taunts fly from my lips like the punches from my fists, each one calculated to push you closer to the edge. I can see the anger in your eyes, the determination to land that one hit that will turn the tide. As you throw that jab, I weave under it, my movements fluid, my eyes never leaving yours. You're slowing down, your punches becoming more predictable. I feel like a predator stalking its prey. "That all you got Chris?" I growl, low enough for the crowd not to hear but loud enough for you to get the message. I watch as you struggle to lift your gloves, as the sweat pours down your face, mixing with the blood from your nose. A sadistic grin stretches across my face as i lunge forward aiming to throw a vicious right hook to your cheekbone.
Chris_Riegan: Your taunts get to my head. “Is that all i got..?” As i cock my glove back for my next punch and send it to your chin, your white glove smacks against my cheekbone and my vision goes dark, my mouthpiece goes flying off to the corner of the ring. I feel my glove hit something but i don’t know if its your face or the canvas but what i do know is that my eyes are snugly shut as i breathe heavy against the soft canvas.
Chris_Riegan:

Chris_Riegan:

LoboFighter24: As my right hook connects with your cheekbone, the sound of bone on leather echoes through the arena. I watch with glee as your eyes roll back and your body goes limp. You crumple to the canvas, your glove slapping the mat in a defeated thud. The crowd goes wild, but all I hear is the sweet symphony of victory in my ears. I stand over you, breathing heavily, my heart pounding in my chest as the ref comes closer to count you out.
Chris_Riegan: I groan on the ground as i hear the refs count very far away but getting closer.
Chris_Riegan: The Ref: “One!!!!” “Two!!!” “Three!!!”
Chris_Riegan: By the three count the ref sounds close and my eyes start to peel open. The ref had sent you to the opposite corner and you are flexing for the crowd. The whole ring is spinning as i try to use both my gloves to raise my body up.
Chris_Riegan: The Ref: “Four!!!” “Five!!!” “Six!!!”
Chris_Riegan: At six im finally successful and im able to get to a kneeling position. My nose drips blood to the canvas and my vision can’t seem to refocus but your words still ring in my ears. “Is that all i got…?!”
Chris_Riegan: The Ref: “Seven!!!” “Eight!!!”
Chris_Riegan: I finally get up from the canvas and the ref checks me over he is deciding whether he lets the fight continue and decides to do so. I get my mouthpiece slotted back in thanks to him and the bell rings again for the fight to continue.
LoboFighter24: The sight of you struggling to get to your knees only fuels my fire. I know I've got you rattled, and I plan to keep it that way. I watch the referee with a predatory gaze as he counts you down, willing you to stay down. But you stand, blood trickling from your nose and a snarl on your lips. You're a tough one, I'll give you that. But toughness alone won't save you now. I slam my gloves as the bell rings again, signalling the continuation of the round. I let you stand fully as i grin, showing you some respect as you have earned it, before i charge in for the kill looking to knock you out. My breaths becoming deep as the round goes on, I can feel the heat of the lights beating down on me.
Chris_Riegan: The round is near its end as you charge in for the knockout. I took my time getting up to see if it would be enough time to get some of my stamina back. I don’t even try to punch, i have to play it smart to survive so instead i watch your movements and stay away from the ropes hoping to be able to dodge or block some of your next onslaught.
LoboFighter24: My eyes narrow as I watch you. You're resilient, I'll give you that. But you're on borrowed time now. The crowd's chanting reaches a crescendo, a symphony of anticipation for the end of this fight. I circle around you, my eyes never leaving yours, looking for that opening, that one weakness I can exploit. I throw a feint right hook aimed for your liver, hoping you fall for it as i twist my body, putting what strength i have left into aiming to throw a powerful left uppercut to your jaw, aiming to end it here and now before the next and final round.
Chris_Riegan: I watch for your movements but they are erratic. You stare me down and i try to think of what you could do but my head is still hazy after that knockdown. You suddenly throw a feint right hook and i fall for it. I lower my guard only to realize that your left uppercut is coming straight to my face. A white blurr and boom. Your punch connects nicely. Mouthpiece didn’t last 10 seconds in my mouth as you knocked it out again and out of the ring this time. My head snaps upwards hard and my body falls like a log backwards and spread eagle on the canvas.
Chris_Riegan:

LoboFighter24: As your mouthpiece sails through the air and your body hits the canvas with a thud, I feel a surge of adrenaline. The crowd goes wild, their screams a cacophony of excitement and disbelief. The reff shoves me back as i flex. I watch as the referee starts his count, my heart thundering in my chest. The reff begins to count "One...Two..." You lay there as he continues his count, "Three...Four..."
Chris_Riegan: My chest heaves up and down. A sign of life but other than that my body is completely still. The count of four goes by and i show no movement for recovery.
LoboFighter24: My eyes are glued to you, sprawled out on the canvas, as the referee's count continues. "Five...Six..." I can almost feel the victory in the air, my muscles quivering with the anticipation of raising my gloves in triumph. Your body remains unmoving, a testament to the power of my punch. "Seven..." The crowd holds their collective breath, the tension in the arena thick enough to cut with a knife.
Chris_Riegan: The bleeding from my nose drips down to the side of the canvas as drool also slips from my mouth and onto the canvas as well. No movement from your opponent; it seems like he is out cold.
LoboFighter24: I roar as beat my sweaty chest with my gloved fist, my breath coming in heavy pants as the referee reaches the count of "Ten!" The crowd erupts into a mix of cheers and groans as the fight is called in my favor. As you lay there unconscious, I can't help but feel a mix of triumph and respect for you, Chris. As my arm is grabbed, i flex as the referee raises it high, signaling my victory. The lights flash in my face, momentarily blinding me as the camera clicks and the crowd goes wild.
