The Brains & Brawn Reserve is a little corner of of heaven where muscle men alike come to hang out, trash talk, show off and fight, all in the luxury of their apartment building. As a resident you can stay in one of our stunning apartments at the low price of: being hot, being an active member in the community and fighting/writing to your heart's content!

What we are looking for:

• Descriptive and detailed writers. To enter it is mandatory that you either have a really detailed profile with lots of effort put into it or a really descriptive story as proof. The "descriptive writing" tag will be ignored if it isn't backed up with any proof.
• Bodybuilders. To keep things fair we are going to be strictly looking for men with similar physiques to that of the owners. While there will be no lower limit on weight since some profiles don't have stats that necessarily match the visuals. We will be judging strictly of physique to weight ratio.

• Be fun. Whether it's by pulling pranks, trash talking, being really damn kinky or fighting like the other guy owes you money.
• All kinds of writers! From slice of life, to wrestlers, boxers, etc. All as long as youre friendly and know how to keep a good balance between in character chatting, out of character chatting and trash talk.
• Most importantly, transparency. We don't judge so please let us know anything you have in mind, what profiles you have, etc.

What we are offering:

• One of the most beautiful and modern luxury apartments building you have ever seen. Each apartment will be custom made to the preferences of the residents. On the first floor there will also be the main attractions.

A big beautiful gym with any kind of equipment you can think of, where doing other things than working out is highly encouraged.
A highly equipped fighting area where you can fight any gear and weaponry necessary for the fight you have in mind. There can be hosted public matches too for everyone to see if you don't mind the humiliation brought by a loud muscle crowd.

• An active community with strong moderation for the safety of the residents. We are hoping for there to never be a quiet moment in the building. Chatting never hurts unless you want it to.

What we are NOT looking for:

• AI REFERENCES FOR CHARACTERS AND/OR WRITING
• Anyone that doesn't fit the physique requirements shown above.
• Anyone who weighs more than 300lbs. We won't judge if your profile's stats are slightly different from reality, but anything too exaggerated will be ignored.
• Anyone under 18 and over the age of 45.
• Don't be a one man tag team by instigating others while using two different profiles you haven't mentioned you're the owner of.
• People who don't put efforts into their writing or interactions. Don't be dry when you have so much muscle to drool over.
• Inactive people. If 2 months passed without having any major interactions in the chat room at least, without contacting the owners about it, you will be removed. You will get a warning at first but if it's not met with a response there's nothing we can do about it.
• Alphas. We get it, you're indestructible, no one can touch you, you hit like a precise bullet, you can dodge any move and if a tank hits you, you'll get up with a cough at most from the dust. We are not looking for any of that. Everyone is a real life human here who acts and reacts like it, everyone has a limit and you can't bypass that because you feel like it.
• We set a limit of brutality as broken bones and above. We allow blood since most fighting styles often lead to it. We will ignore any tags on profiles with "broken bones" and "death" as long as they don't come in contact with this federation, ever. Breaking that will obviously lead into getting kicked out.
• NO DRAMA IN THE MAIN CHAT. Any problems you have with other residents can be discussed in private and/or with the owners. That being said, everyone has a life irl so don't come to complain about reply times, know what youre getting yourself into by communicating first.

Do you fit all of the writing and etiquette requirements but not the physique requirements?

• Give the owners a message and they can help you pick a face claim for a new profile! We strongly encourage the making of new profiles if this federation sparks an idea for a new character. This offer will dissappear at some point once the federation starts growing so grab it while it's hot!
