Introduction

By all appearances, *spoiler* is just another awkward first-year college student trying to figure out what he wants to do with his life. Quiet, introverted, and more comfortable talking about old fighting games than socializing at parties, he spends most of his days blending into the background in oversized graphic tees, hoodies, and sneakers. He doesn’t have many close friends, keeps mostly to himself, and lives alone off-campus while trying to survive the uncertainty of early adulthood.

But at night, he disappears behind a mask.

Performing under the name Kenny Atlas, he secretly trains to become a professional wrestler for a small local indie promotion. Inspired by the larger-than-life heroes he grew up controlling in old WWE games, Ken fell in love with wrestling long before he ever stepped into a ring himself. To him, wrestling represents confidence, freedom, and identity, which is everything he struggles to express in everyday life.

Inside the ring, Kenny is nothing like the nervous college freshman he pretends to be. Beneath the mask, he becomes energetic, daring, and fearless, relying on explosive speed and high-flying athleticism to make up for his lack of brute strength. Though still inexperienced and untested, his relentless work and natural agility have already started turning heads, especially after finding a potential coach willing to take a chance on him.

Kenny fights as an underdog babyface, quickly winning over crowds with his determination, flashy movement, and genuine passion for wrestling.

Despite slowly becoming more comfortable with himself through wrestling, he still struggles with emotions he doesn’t fully understand. His admiration toward certain wrestlers often becomes intense and deeply personal, though his lack of experience keeps him from recognizing the attraction underneath those feelings. As his wrestling career begins, he finds himself stepping into a world filled with physical closeness, emotional vulnerability, rivalry, and connection, forcing him to confront parts of himself he’s unknowingly hidden away for years.

For the first time in his life, behind the mask, Kenny Atlas is beginning to feel real.
