having got the chance to take on proheel a well known strong and technical fighter, i was keen to take up the offer and so i head to the ring in my pale blue tights and black boots, 220lbs, six foot 2 .....

I know Manchester Muscle has accepted the match my manager proposed, and I'm eager to see how this young wrestler performs. I hear the announcer say, "In the blue corner, the best Spanish wrestler, Proheel, 190cm and 100kg!" I rush out of the locker room, climb into the ring in a Speedo and black boots, and spot my opponent. He looks strong and muscular. I head to my corner, waiting for the referee to call us to the center of the ring

moving out to the middle of the ring i see my opponent looks tough and ready for a good match, the ref announces it will be one submission, one pinfall or a ko to decide the winner, i offer my hand for a sporting handshake and then return to my corner to wait for the bell......

The referee checks our hands and boots, my rival offers me his hand in greeting, I shake it and, like him, I go to my corner, there I flex my strong biceps at the crowd, I taste the ropes and I bounced on the canvas waiting for the bell

you move me slowly back across the ring , so at the last second i spin our positions so its your back that hits the ropes, but as you lean onto the ropes i let go and raise my arms into the air to show everyone im fighting clean and breaking due to the ropes as the ref steps back, so far the refs had nothing to do and i think hes pleased when i break without being told .............

At the last second you turn and make it so my back hits the ropes. Before the referee can say anything, you let go of me, raise your arms, and step away. I like your gesture. I move away from the ropes but quickly approach you. I catch your head in a side headlock, ggggggrrrr. Then I hide from the referee and hit your throat with my fist. THUDD!!!!

i yell out and drop to one knee as you punch me in the throat, YOU MOTHER FUCKER i scream out, holding my throat and coughing, the ref highly suspicious but didnt see and so he can do nothing, but you have told me how you want to play this and if thats your tactics you can forget anymore sporting gestures from me and i slowly get back up, now with anger in my eyes, i move in again..................waiting for my chance, then grabbing for your arm and sending you into the corner post as i whip you across the ring at speed ....

my head shoots back as you attack as i stand, luckily for me , you rushed in before i could move which means im near the ropes and so as you attack, despite being a little stunned by your uppercut im able to fall onto the ropes which hold me up and then using that momentum im able to shoot forward and slam my forearm into the side of your face with an attack , your not expecting .........

You fall onto the ropes and bounce off them. Suddenly you hit me with your forearm on the side of my face. AUGHHHH! I wobble but I don't fall, quickly, I catch your arm, I drag you towards me while I hit your muscular chest with a hard clothesline THUDD!!!!

i drop to the canvass but as the clothesline lacked some of the force youd have had if you had ran at me , im still with it and able to kick out, which i do as i sweep your feet from under you , dropping you onto your ass ....

To my surprise, you're still standing and you trip me, sending me tumbling down on my ass against the canvas. FUCKKKK, I quickly roll out of the ring under the bottom rope, very angry as I think, "I can't focus on this match, I thought this young guy wouldn't have experience" I walk around the ring looking for a way back in, the referee counts to me, "...3....4..."

as you roll back in and get up i grab the back of yoru head and push down on it, keeping it low then i lean over you and grab you around your waist, hoisting up and back i lift you into the air and hang you over my shoulder, in a back weakener ...........

As I sit up and try to stand, you grab the back of my neck and press it down. You lean over me and grab my waist, lifting me up and hanging me over your shoulder, punishing my back. AUGHHHH! I thrash around trying to break free from your grip while I trap your head with my left arm and try to punish your face with my hand. ggggggrrrr

i close my eyes so you cant poke them when your hand comes onto my face, but your not in a great postion to lock my head tight so that doesnt worry too much but i try to bob up and down in the hope that your back hitting my shoulder blade will cause you more pain,..........then i finally let go and let you just drop to the canvass ..........

You move up and down, punishing my back uuuuuuurrfff, I can't quite catch your head or scratch your eyes FUCKKKK then you drop me to the canvas AUGHHHH I arch my back in pain then I roll away from you to the ropes, I kneel massaging my back catching the bottom rope

i move along the ropes , approaching from behind you so you dont see me coming and as your hand reaches up to the bottom rope i stomp down on that arm driving into the canvass hard, then i stomp your lower back and finally step back, all my sporting gestures gone now as you turned this match into a rule breaker from the start ...

The referee kneels beside me and starts a count: 1...2... I shake my head and try to lift my torso...3...4 I barely manage it, I manage to support myself on my elbows...5...6 and little by little I manage to squat down 7...8... Finally, I stand up and lean against the ropes. The referee stops counting and steps aside

You quickly pull me away from the ropes, hook my head while sliding your arm between my legs. I yell "NOOOOO" You grab my butt and lift me onto your chest. I thrash desperately trying to unbalance you as you walk to the center of the ring and slam me hard against the canvas. AUGHHHH Then you fall onto my chest and hook my leg while trying to pin me. Quickly the referee kneels and counts ONE.... TWO... I pull on my kidneys and my right shoulder and pull you off me

thinking ive got you beat im impressed but pissed off when you kick out, showing me just how tough you are, i get up to my feet and wait for you to stand , so i can get back to you, but impressed with your resilience i show you respect and dont move in until your standing again ..............

You get up, I roll around in pain, waiting for a quick attack. I look around for you and am surprised to see you standing there, as if waiting for me to attack you. I massage my face, shake my arms, and run towards you. I jump, hit your muscular chest with a double flying kick, THUDD!!! and land on my boots

now you return the drop kick and im sent flying as i dont see it coming as the ref was blocking my view of you when you stood up.........im thrown back onto the ropes and try to get my hands over the top ropes to steady myself and as i do the ropes snap up and down on impact and i find my arms trapped between the top two ropes.............screaming at the ref to get me out the ropes ...........

You fall against the ropes and try to put your hands on the top rope to stabilize yourself. I see the ropes jerk up and down with the impact, and your arms are trapped between the two top ropes. I smile and quickly go to you as you yell to the referee to get you out of the ropes. While waiting for the referee, I tighten the ropes while saying, "I'll help you," and increase the pressure on your arms gggggrrrrrrr

Finally, the referee releases your arms and you walk backward around the ring, putting some distance between us. I tuck my thumbs into the waistband of my speedo and readjust it, then I come towards you, jump, and hit your upper head with a hard ax strike. THUDD!!!

as we continue i raise one arm into the air again and my other hand drives forward to grab your wrist so that i can send you across the ring and onto the opposite corner post in order to work that back and hopefully take even more air ...........

I plant my boots in the canvas, turn around and I'm the one who throws you, with an energetic whiplash, back against the turnbuckles BAMMMM, the ring shakes from the impact

the ring shakes from the impact but its not my back hitting the post, as you have reversed the hold and i run into the corner i jump and put my foot onto the corner post to stop me hitting it, but then i use the momentum of the throw and kick off the corner post diving into the air and i crash across your chest in a cross body splash ....

You stop the impact, with your foot, against the turnbuckles, and using them for leverage you gain momentum and launch yourself towards me, crossing your body and slamming me onto my chest in a cross body slam, sending me crashing to the canvas. easily thrown off you but hoping the impact will have slowed you down a little bit i jump up to my feet fast and i move in again, making out im going for a lock up, but i slide in behind you and lock my arms under yours and clamp them on the back of your head as i lock you in a full nelson and pull you in close ......

I stand up, you quickly come towards me, pretend you're going to grab me, but you slip behind me and manage to put me in a Full Nelson... uuurrrrfffff you clasp your hands behind my head and pull me closer uuuuuuuurrfff I tense my arms trying to relieve the pressure on my neck, then I arch my body and shoot my ass against your crotch THUDD!!!

thought i was gonna pull a great move only to be out smarted by this guy, hes good and now he hammers me into the canvass, almost winding me and he has a choke hold on, i feel my air being stolen, i kick out hard but i cant break his tight grip and i claw wildly at his arms as my head starts to spin and my air is fading as i strugge slowly in his grip ..............

i know im in deep trouble but as you increase the pressure im turning red and as the ref drops in front of me asking if i give i cant even manage to answer him, my arms suddenly feel heavy and drop to the canvass, my legs twitch hard and my eyes start to roll as i pass out in your grip .....................

You don't get a chance to answer the referee because you faint, the referee orders me to release the grip urgently, I do. I stand up while the referee calls the medical assistant to help him wake you up. I kneel side of you very worried about your condition, the seconds seem like hours, but finally you start to moan

knocked out cold im not sure how long im out, but suddenly my eyes start to flicker and i feel someone rubbing my shoulders and i take a huge gulp of fresh air and i cough and splutter back to life, my lungs soon refilling and i sit up onto my butt, the impact of what just happened suddenly becoming clear as i see you stood over me and the medic helps me back to my feet, im a bit groggy but i know ive lost and i step towards you and offer my hand to shake yours as a mark of respect for a great fight ..............

The doctor helps you to your feet, you look a little dazed, yet you come closer to me and offer me your hand to shake mine, I shake it while I say "fantastic fight, you are a strong and tough wrestler, a great rival" while I hit your abs with my other hand with a little blows

What a hard-fought match between two skilled competitors. Manchester Muscle showed impressive strength and resilience throughout, especially enduring that brutal arm punishment and fighting back with power moves. Proheel's technical skill and strategic targeting of the left arm were masterful. Both men gave everything they had, and the sportsmanship shown at the end—handshake and mutual respect—epitomizes what wrestling is all about. A well-earned victory for Proheel, but Manchester Muscle proved he's a formidable opponent. Great match, gentlemen we are happy to share in THE HIGH TABLE
