THE LOST MARINE-Ch.2: SEEK. FIND. AND REBUILD.
BIG LUCAS:
The body lay stretched across the table. Magnificent indeed! The parts fit together perfectly. My ancestor Freaker Raven, with his extensive anatomical knowledge, had performed surgical artistry. The ruby burning against my skin sent incredible energy coursing through me. It seemed as excited as my cock growing hard while I contemplated this man's body—the man I'd fallen in love with without ever knowing him. Soon we would be united. Only the heart was missing. I couldn't understand how I had forgotten my quest for a few hours of sleep. It was urgent to leave for Venice and recover the missing piece that would bring the Magus Militant back to life: I tore myself away from contemplating this perfect body, ready to face my final ordeal. And suddenly—that voice, that shape blocking my path.
MUSCLEMARINE:
My spirit floated around the Great Hall, watching as Lucas put my body back together on the table. He has done a wonderful job piecing me meticulously, sewing back the parts of me to make me whole again. The only last piece missing was my heart - although I felt it around. It was somewhere in this energy charged place where the walls, as thick as they were, trembled, the earth felt almost hot from the power coursing in it, the air was thick, filled with an electrical charge no normal mortal can withstand.
And the more Lucas connected parts of me, the more my ghostly being was flickering away, disappearing. It was as if something was calling me back into my physical body lying on the large table in the center of the room.
BIG LUCAS:
The man was tall, broad, muscular. Everything about him breathed strength and combat. He was revealing himself to me today, but I had glimpsed him during my hunt without realizing he was following me. And now i feel he did stop me in my quest. He put me to sleep probably with this strange tea i had some days ago. Who was he? It was impossible—could this be Alex Cava, the master's lover? All the texts spoke of his horrible death, poisoned by my ancestor. How had he escaped that tragic end? The ruby shone with an increasingly powerful light. It nearly burned my skin. The stranger advanced toward me, stepping away from the door. He smelled of the lagoon, an odor of mud, of rotting algae. And at that moment something pierced me—a sensation of icy pain tearing through my body. A powerful gust that wasn't wind at all. The man smiled, staring at something I couldn't see, then his gaze shifted to the body laid out on the table. He held a case. And I knew it was the grail, the only way to bring my ancestor's enemy back to life. He possessed the heart.
My excitement was at its peak, my cock hard and leaking. Soon I would bring the magus back to life. I simply needed to eliminate this last adversary. Already he was upon me, his hand touching my skin, trying to seize the ruby. I grabbed his wrist and twisted it brutally. The case fell to the ground. Several stones broke loose. The hinge securing it snapped, and the heart rolled across the floor, coming to rest at the foot of the table as if demanding to be returned to its place. I held the stranger's arm firmly, wrenching it behind his back, crushing my other hand against his throat to cut off his air, my massive pecs pressing against his large muscular back, driving my knee into his groin to grind his balls and cock—which was every bit as hard as mine. He was strong, incredibly strong. Finally, an adversary worthy of me .
ALEX CAVA:
Glasshole stands in front of me with a pompous expression on his face, as if he were some kind of God or a named gladiator, but my gaze and attention are fixed on Max’s scattered remains lying on the table behind him. My heart skips a few beats. It’s him! No doubt about it. My eyes well up with emotion making me forget everything else until I see Lucas step in front of me, blocking my view. Lucas seems to have other plans for the evening, but I didn’t come here to go on a date with a teenage boy—I came to pick up my beloved. Without saying a word, I grab the ruby hanging from Lucas’s neck and start yanking it off. “This belongs to me now. Get out of the way!”
MUSCLEMARINE:
There he was... the man I loved for centuries while I wandered the world as a Ghost. He also was looking for me all this time. And he found what was the most important piece of my bodily puzzle... my heart. He stood there, glorious, beautiful, confident, but most of all, hopeful, holding my faintly beating heart in that box. But it seems, the closer he got to my body and my ghost standing next to it, the more the heart beat. I could heart it, and I could feel it - close yet still far away. I could not touch it as I started to fade.
All that remained was to place the last piece in my body - the heart in my chest.
The ruby pulsed and shown brighter now as it felt the presence of my heart in the room. And by the looks of it, Lucas felt it too, and smiled.
ALEX CAVA:
If I didn´t pay attention to the bespectacled muscle dude before, now he leaves me no choice as Max’s heart rolls across the gym floor and my balls get crushed under Lucas’s knee. My vision is blurred by tears, my grip on the ruby slips, and my body doubles over in pain and rage at the boy’s brazen behavior. My free hand clenches into a fist that arcs upward toward the soft spot on the muscle boy’s chest, just below his ribcage—his solar plexus. I tear my hand free from behind my back as Lucas staggers, slamming my elbow with fury between his legs, giving him a taste of his own medicine. “Get out of my way, mortal. This is my business alone!” I shout, grabbing the ruby hanging from your neck once more.
BIG LUCAS:
I don't know which hurts more—your blows or the ruby torn from my neck, suddenly depriving me of its warm energy. Mortal? Soon I won't be one anymore. I watch you walk toward the table to grab the heart. I charge at you, screaming, "He's mine! Mine alone!" My hand slams down on your head. Using my momentum, I shove you brutally forward—smashing your face against the wooden table between the Magus's legs, just inches from the cock and balls of the man who belongs to me. Then I grab you by the hair and pound your face repeatedly against the hard wood. I hear your nose crack. Blood spurts, splashing across your lover's body. The ruby falls beside the heart, and its light intensifies. Like I'm in a trance, I repeat with every blow: "Mine... mine..."
ALEX CAVA:
I can taste the metallic flavor of my warm blood in my mouth; some of it has also splattered onto Max’s body, as if to remind me of our bond. The Glasshole musclehead runs after the ruby and Max’s heart like a horny little girl, chanting that Max belongs only to him. "Has he lost his mind? Has he mistaken Max for someone else? Wasn’t it his own ancestor who murdered Max, who cast a spell on his fate? And now this man wants Max for himself! But why?" I stand up and turn to face you. “Calm down, young man, and save your energy. Max will never be yours!” I shout as I spin around, sending a high kick toward your chest that sends you crashing into the wall. “Stay away, or you’ll regret it,” I hiss.
BIG LUCAS:
The pain is gone. I feel the ruby's energy flooding the floor with a vivid pink light. I can still feel its effects, and the bond connecting me to him—probably those of my ancestor who possessed it for so long. Rage consumes me. This stranger has no claim to this stone. It's my birthright, and Max is my prize. I watch him bend over the ruby and the heart, ready to snatch them up. "Stay away ? " I've never been one to stay away. I charge at him and leap onto his back, wrapping both arms around his neck and both legs around his waist. I hang my full weight down, trying to snap his spine and crush his throat. "Max knows who his savior is... ME AND ONLY ME!"
ALEX CAVA:
The glasshole is showing his determination—I might even call it stubbornness—by trying to bend my spine at an unnatural angle and force me out of the fight. But he isn’t the first orangutan to hang off my back. I straighten my back and gather momentum, slamming my back with full force against the wall again and again, leaving him squashed each time between my 310-pound weight and the stone wall until I feel his grip on my body loosen and the man slumps to the floor. I turn toward him and stomp the sole of my foot into his stomach, then head back to Max. "It´s time to finish the ritual"
BIG LUCAS:
I see my dream slipping away. Sitting on the ground, my back scraped raw, my gut throbbing. My steel abs took the worst of it, and despite everything, the ruby keeps feeding me its energy, as if it has chosen its champion. "Yes—it's time to finish the ritual," I hiss through clenched teeth. Then I remember those lines scrawled in my ancestor's memoirs: "Akh-tem-ur, ves-sala-kri. Nol-umbra-tos. Silek-tor-ven." The same words he used to destroy Max and sever his bond with the stone and the fountain of life. Time to use them. I speak them out loud and confident several time. I watch the ruby's light flicker like a dying bulb, then suddenly go dark. I see your stunned expression, the doubt setting in.
I rise and snatch the silver case from the ground within arm's reach. You lunge for the stone just as I smash the box against your temple, snapping your head to the left. I strike again, driving it down onto the crown of your skull, hoping to put you out. A gash tears open. Your blood spills. Not mine."Max—it's time to bring you back to life."
ALEX CAVA:
Just as I am about to reach the stone, a strong impact hits my head, first my temple, to make me dazed, and before I have time even to scream, you hit the heavy box against my head. I feel the warm blood streaming out of my crown, running across my face, finally going down to my chest. The room moves upside down as it starts to spin around, sending me on my side. I try to lift up my head, but I am far too dizzy to help myself.
BIG LUCAS:
I can tell my blow landed. You look dazed and spent. I'm starting to think all the Children of Isis were nothing but pussies. My ancestor was clearly the order's only true alpha. Time to end this. I grab you by the hair and lift your bloodied face toward me, then slam my knee into your jaw. I hear bone crack. Your face is red with blood. I throw you to the ground and smash my combat boots into your gut. I aim for the ribs and feel some give way. Then I drive the toe of my boot into your sternum. I roll your battered body onto the corner of the room, convinced I've finished you off. I turn toward the table. "Our turn now, Max."
ALEX CAVA:
As soon as you see me down, moaning, dazed, unable to get up, you begin with the spell, pronouncing those ancient words that make the stone shine and glow in the room. Max's body starts to shake and vibe, then jolts and convulses as the ruby is passing on it. And there is nothing I can do to change that. Max is coming back by your hands!
BIG LUCAS:
I hear your groans, but they're drowned out by the strange words I begin speaking in a commanding voice. I learned them, then burned the page where my ancestor had written them. The ruby begins glowing again at the first word. I scoop it up along with the heart. I run through the ritual steps in my head: Place the heart in the chest. Done. Pass the ruby over all body parts while speaking the sacred words. Twice. Then place the ruby on the Magus's forehead. Suddenly the ruby's glow becomes blinding. The body is enveloped in light. The heart begins beating—slowly at first, then steady. Then I hear breathing. Then movement. Then a form rising. The light fades. Max is back, the ruby embedded in his chest where the heart rests. "Greetings, Max. I am Lucas—your liberator, your guide, your servant, and your lover."
MUSCLEMARINE:
LIFE... with a loud scream, roaring through the whole ritual room underground. "ARRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHH.........." I wail as I feel this energy fill me up, coursing violently through my body, shaking me to my core. My back arches on the massive table, and my body surrounded by light rises almost off the slab. My muscles ripple, tense, flex on their own, involuntarily.
I hear someone talking but I am still not aware of who it is. The voice seems familiar but its like between my ghostly self and my back to life state, there has been a barrier crossed that erased all the short memories past. I look around as the light starts to fade and dim. The place looks like it has not changed since that horrible night... that night when my body was cut into... I suddenly sit up, touching my limbs, feeling them, now together again - united, stitched back. "I am whole again. I am back. Its me." I jump off the table and spin around... I look around for something, ignoring at first who is there with me.
I rush past you, shoving you to one side, to reach a mirror standing alone at one corner. I look at myself, whole again, powerful, complete, one piece of pure masculine glory, and beauty. I flex. "Yes. Finally..." i cannot help but be amazed by what I see - the naked masterpiece looking back at me in the mirror. I smile and turn around. "Where is Alex?"
ALEX CAVA:
I hear Max´s voice pronouncing my name and try to shout him, to warn him, but as soon as I lift up my head I collapse back down again. My voice is muffled and weak but I try harder.. "max.. be..caref...."
BIG LUCAS:
I stand frozen, as if paralyzed. I've never seen such beauty. The word doesn't do you justice. It's something more. A calm force radiates from you—a superhuman confidence. I'm harder than I've ever been. I hear Alex murmur something unintelligible. Seeing you before the mirror, seeing your reflection, seeing this superb body , drives me wild. If I didn't hold you in such reverence, I'd already have you wrapped in my arms. I strip as well. I position myself nude behind you, my rigid cock straining toward you. I smile, flexing my muscles like a stallion ready to mount. "Forget Alex. He isn't worthy of you."
MUSCLEMARINE:
I spin, all of a sudden, violently, fast, and bitch-slap you across the face. "SILENCE..." I scream making the whole entire underground chamber almost shake. I flex my muscles as I see you drop to your knees from the impact. I smile. I look at my arm while I flex my muscles making every vein criss-crossing it ripple with power. I, myself, am in admiration of what I am seeing. As I turn around to face the mirror again, looking at my naked glory, I can't help but get a little harder - my cock rising more, throbbing. "WHO BROUGHT ME BACK? AND WHERE IS THE MAGE?" I ask in a deep guttural but loud voice.
ALEX CAVA:
I try to get up, but all I manage to do is get sitting, leaning my back against the wall. "Max, don't trust him. I will be right away with you." My voice is a bit louder and more confident, but I still can't get up from the floor.
BIG LUCAS:
I fall, kneeling on the ground, my face with burning cheek. I should admire your strength, but suddenly I come to my senses. What possessed me to behave like a rutting teenager? I rise. I understand now—your authority rests on force and brutality. I also understand that my ancestor rebelled against you, had the courage to eliminate you, to prevent you from growing even more powerful. And I was blind... Your body is a tool of domination, but your arrogance is a cruel weapon meant to humiliate and enslave. Your voice is like Zeus unleashing thunder and lightning. I will be worthy of my ancestor. Your question shakes the walls—but not me. "It was I who freed you. I, Lucas Raven, descendant of Freaker Raven, The Mage, who took you from this world centuries ago..."
MUSCLEMARINE:
I turn around to face you as you speak. A smile breaks on my serious face. "You? And why did you do that? Why would the descendant of the one who once killed me, bring me back to life?" I reach over with my hand to my chest and rub the ruby embedded in it. I smile a wider smile... and start reciting the incantation I once was about to finish. I mumble in a foreign language the last few lines as the ruby, ignited again and clinging to my spirit, glows a bright red. You can see something coursing through my veins, engorging them. "It is done. I am the strongest being in the..." And then a thought crosses my mind. I turn around to look for Alex - I heard him call to me earlier.
I see him at the wall, trying to get up slowly. I rush towards him. "Oh. It is you. You waited... all these years..." I suddenly pull back and look over at Lucas. I am confused. It is Alex I have been yearning to see, but it is Lucas who brought me back to life... All the times my ghost have encouraged these two warriors to find my parts, I can barely remember them now that I am in this form.
ALEX CAVA:
Little by little, I manage to get to my feet, using the wall for support. It’s as if Max has returned; his magnificent physique seems to be channeling strength into me, hastening my recovery. Even though I was always the bigger and more muscular of the two of us, Max was the more skilled one, the undisputed leader, an unbeatable fighter whose back I was tasked with protecting. And that’s how it was meant to be. Together we formed a feared duo whose very name was enough to send the enemy fleeing for cover, until the scheming Freaker severed our bond with a cowardly ambush, poisoning me and, in a dishonorable manner, defeating the leader of the duo, ultimately scattering Max’s body parts to the four winds.
With my arms raised, I take cautious steps toward you, like a giant toddler. “Of course I waited—I waited and searched for you for hundreds of years. Without you, I wouldn’t exist, Max.” I turn my gaze to Lucas, who looks hesitant as he listens intently to my words. From his rapidly changing expressions, I know he’s thinking, processing the situation, searching for a strategy. Lucas is far from giving up. “Lucas, can’t you see? All of this was decided hundreds of years ago. Leave while you still can,” I straighten my back, but my steps still stumble as I approach Max.
BIG LUCAS:
As you recite the incantation to complete your resurrection, I feel the ruby's energy penetrating me as it flows through you. It seems to hesitate to choose its master, like a child on a beach who doesn't know whether to run to father or mother, both holding out their arms. Your body is still magnificent, and I'm hard even as distrust overtakes me—along with a strange desire, the urge to destroy you myself.
You move toward Alex, almost another you but submissive, even chained by love. You hesitate too, as if the ruby is transmitting its doubts. Who saved you? Him, the direct descendant of your enemy? Or Alex, who never abandoned you? I sense weakness there. Alex has recovered and speaks to you, but you still seem lost in this new world, and the transition from spirit to immortal is disorienting. Then I remember another passage from my ancestor's memoirs: "What never dies learns to fear the dawn." It reveals itself to me now.
ALEX CAVA:
Little by little, I manage to get to my feet, using the wall for support. It’s as if Max has returned; his magnificent physique seems to be channeling strength into me, hastening my recovery. All of this was decided hundreds of years ago. Leave while you still can,” I straighten my back, but my steps still stumble as I approach Max.
MUSCLEMARINE:
I stand there, in the middle, confused and in a dilemma - and the ruby is not gentle nor helping me in my decision; if I choose immortality and strength, I could easily end this right now and kill both of these warriors who have fought to bring me back... On the other hand, if I choose love, I could lose everything I was working for... but will be with the one and die with him. I turn towards Lucas, smile and opening my arms wide. "Lucas, you did great, bringing me back. I must thank you for it... but my heart..." And that's when I turn back towards Alex and move in his direction. I can feel, from the ruby's energy that I am sharing, weirdly, with Lucas, that he is not happy and anger is taking over. I know that feeling - I have felt it before coursing through this same ancient cursed jewel. It glows a brighter red, yet pulsates in me in an irregular way. This is the moment I have to make a decision - immortality or love? But at the same time, Lucas does not seem to be holding back... does he want to fight? kill? does he regret the decision of bringing me back?
BIG LUCAS:
The ruby's pull grows stronger. So does my jealousy. I don't know if it is because you're choosing Alex, deliberately betraying me your savior as you probably betrayed Freaker Raven, or because I know the jewel is mine—the inheritance of my ancestor who possessed it for over a century, who infused it with his powers and probably his hatred for you. I see in your attitude that you read me, but that you still doubt what choice to make. Immortality is the only possible path—I know it. I may be young, but all of Freaker's wisdom and knowledge seems suddenly to awaken in me. I move toward you wild and fierce, my cock even harder. One hand closes on the stone, the other grips your shoulder. "The ruby belongs to me..."
ALEX CAVA:
With every step I take toward Max and the ruby, my recovery gets faster and faster. "Max, can't you see? He's the descendant of Freaker, the man who cut you to pieces. Don’t listen to him—he just wants the ruby, and once he gets it, he’ll kill you,” I shout frantically, stepping between Max and Lucas. “Stay away, you bastard!” I spit the words in Lucas’s face.
MUSCLEMARINE:
Both warriors look so hot, muscular, strong - one made the impossible to rebuild me, the other endured years and years of agonizing immortality to wait for me. One is my eternal lover, the other I owe my being here... but what is the price. If I choose immortality, I go against everything I lived and died for. If I choose love, I lose all powers and will die eventually. Death is inevitable - one is of the heart, the other is of the soul. "ENOUGH..." I scream, trying to clear the voices in my head too. I look at Alex... "I will handle this." And I smile as I turn towards Lucas who looks angry and pissed, like all his work has been for nothing. I point to the ruby... "This is what you want? The power? The glory? Just like your ancestor." I cock my head and wave at you. "Come and get it..."
ALEX CAVA:
I stumble backwards, moving away between Max and Lucas but prepared to act at any moment if needed.
BIG LUCAS:
I'm tired of waiting for you. I don't understand these hesitations between a young and vigorous athlete and an aging man from another time. Plus, that idiot Alex hasn't learned his lesson. My ancestor destroyed him miserably, I myself defeated him, and now he dares to block my way, spitting his hate in my face. I don't know how he escaped death in the past, and I'm ready to break his neck. But suddenly you step in. You speak to me. I finally exist for you. You even challenge me to take the ruby back from you. You understand nothing... I would have done anything for you. My nights were filled with you, my hard cock came for you, my powerful muscles fought for you. And you think I want power and glory....
My anger turns to rage. No, fool, it's your love that I want. Like my ancestor who filled pages describing his love for your perfection. And you betrayed him also for Alex. I rush at you, my strength multiplied by the energy of the ruby acting like a magnet. Leaning forward, I strike you with my head like a battering ram. My arms wrap around your waist while my shoulder smashes your ribs. I push you backward with all my force, to pin your broad back against the huge mercury mirror decorating the wall. The glass shatters into a rain of pieces. Some tear your back, others sink into my forearms. But I feel no pain now, only an immense desire to destroy you.
MUSCLEMARINE:
As we both drop to the floor, with shards all around us, you notice something happening to me. My body glows... and the shards are pushed out of my skin, falling down. My skin regenerates instantly and heals - because of the ruby still embedded in my chest. I smile at you as I get up, grabbing you by your hair and pulling you to your feet. I stand you up in front of me and strike a first blow to your abs... then another... and another... and soon, my fists rain faster and harder into your gut, tenderizing those hot bricks and pulverizing that midsection. "You have done a great job bringing me back to life... for that I thank you. But my heart belongs to someone else..." I aim my fists higher now, landing them on your chest, forcing you backwards. "You can join your ancestor and tell him everything that happened." I take a step back and spear you with my shoulder, propelling you across the room. But I suddenly drop to one knee... I must have use a lot of the ruby's power and I have still not totally recovered - or maybe the ruby is sensing my choice for love over immortality...
ALEX CAVA:
I watch Max dropping down on his knee clearly exhausted when Lucas lands against the wall on the other side of the chamber. With all my strength I stumble to Max and help him to get up as I turn to look at Lucas. Is he out? Is he strong enough to attack Max again? I bounce my pecs and try to look as threatening as possible, just in case, to keep the glasshole away from us. "Did you hear what Max said? You better leave us alone and run away while you still can", I place my hand around Max´s waist. "You have no reason to be here. You've lost. Get out!"
BIG LUCAS:
I feel my abs and chest burning with pain. Under the skin, blood has pooled beneath my concrete abs and purple bruises tinted with blue cover my pecs. My chest feels ready to explode and I'm gasping for air. I realize the power of the stone. Not only does it increase your strength, but it heals. When you drop to your knees, I see what I suspected—you're far from your full power. Alex, like a Cerberus, lifts you up and prepares to fight me. I've lost my senses, my reason. The stone hypnotizes me, even more so now that I only receive crumbs of its power. I too quickly recover my strength. My wounds heal more slowly than yours. I take my time, sizing up the situation. I need to strike fast. Alex first, you second. I throw myself at you both. I drive a piece of glass pulled from my arm into Alex's groin while pushing him backward with all my force. Then I swing my fist into your beautiful face, striking your jaw and sending your head snapping back. I grab you by the throat and lift you off the ground with one hand. Testosterone, my rage, and the ruby's energy multiply my strength. You squirm at the end of my arm, face red, close to suffocation. "I am more powerful than my ancestor. The stone is against you. It wants me. It wants you to love me. Alex is bad for you... With him you are lost, with me eternity beckons
ALEX CAVA:
Lucas is coming, and he is coming fast and furious. His face is red with rage as he charges at us like a steam locomotive. I feel a sharp sting in my inner thigh as Lucas lunges at me, shoving me aside. A sharp shard of glass juts out of my flesh near my groin, and I can only guess where Lucas was trying to strike with his improvised dagger. I stagger backward and turn to watch as Lucas lifts Max into the air, gripping him by the throat. Ignoring the pain, I approach them as fast as I can.
MUSCLEMARINE:
I lift my legs while being held up, and coil them around your arms, locking them tight. I throw myself backwards and take you down with me, hard to the floor. Pulling on your arm, after prying it off my neck, I bend it backwards to the breaking point. "You fucking twat. You just don't understand... Love is the greatest fuel, the greatest reward. And your ancestor tried to destroy that, he tried to kill what we had." Breaking free, I pull back a couple of steps. As I turn around, Alex, right in front of me, grabs me and plants a kiss on my mouth. I kiss him back and hug him.
ALEX CAVA:
I pull Max into a tight embrace. I can’t believe this is real as we kiss after all these hundreds of years. Our love has only grown stronger, tightening our bond. Not even the power of a ruby can break it. I feel a strange tingling inside me, as if my blood were rushing through my veins. Out of the corner of my eye, I see the disappointed look on Lucas’s face. For once, he seems uncertain. “Go away, Lucas, you’ve lost!” I mutter as I pull Max closer and kiss his neck.
BIG LUCAS:
The scene is unbearable, worse than the pain you just inflicted on me. You kiss him in front of me, me who gave you everything. Finally I feel my ancestor's blood boil in me. Those words written about your selfishness, your lack of gratitude, your indifference that led him to hate you both and kill you. I feel the same hatred and an irresistible force tells me to oppose you. Since you don't want my love, the only thing that matters to me now is to steal your immortality, to steal your power, to leave you with love which will seal your death. The ruby speaks to me. Its energy is more and more present. It seeps into me. It seems to waver on your skin, as if it were uncertain about your choice or disappointed. Without hesitation I answer its call. leap with supernatural speed, the ruby guiding me. I rip you away from your kiss, grabbing you both by the hair, then with brutal force I smash your foreheads together. The loud impact stuns you both. I kick Alex to the ground, hold you as you sways, and plunge my fingers toward the glowing ruby on your chest to rip it out
MUSCLEMARINE:
I feel your fingers try to dig into my chest to pry the glowing ruby out. Pain courses through me and my muscles tense. Lifting a leg, I slam my foot to your chest and force you away from me, making you drop me too. "The fuck? You want this? You want the ruby?" I feel the jewel flicker now. Its power in me waning down bit by bit. I rush at you, spearing you in the gut again and force you into the cobblestone wall behind you. "You cant handle its power. Immortality is not a gift. Its a curse." I try to reason with you but I still feel you afamant. I pull out and strike an uppercut to your chin, snapping your head back, hoping it will jolt your ideas. But feel that hand again at my chest almost instantly. Its like my attack at you had no effect. You are getting stronger. With your hand at my chest... the ruby glows again stronger now. Its reacting to you.
ALEX CAVA:
I watch Max's and Lucas’s fight. I must admit I am worried as Max tries to reason with Lucas, but he hears and sees nothing but bitter disappointment and a fierce desire to get the ruby back for himself. His powers seem to be growing before my eyes, and I’m already getting up to help Max when he signals me to stay put, not to interfere in the fight. I remain in a ready, standby following the situation, ready to act if needed.
BIG LUCAS:
I feel the intense heat of the ruby in my hand. Almost a burning, as if it wanted to brand me with red-hot iron. But once again you tear me away from it. You strike me... You lecture me. But your violent blows seem to weaken, the pain is only a fleeting sensation. I know this stone carries the DNA of my ancestor and that it recognizes me as its successor. I am deaf to pain but also to your words. Before I desired you, but now I desire only the strength that emanates from this ancient stone. I feel pity for you. I thought you were strong, but you are weak for clinging to that wretched Alex. If he were not immortal, he would be dead, and you would be mine.
I approach you again. My hand on the stone, I press you against me, an arm around your waist, my knee in your crotch crushing your balls and cock I drive my fist into your flesh, into your back, increasing the power of my embrace and my crushing weight. Your scent envelops me, that of a world of dust and ruins. I feel your vertebrae resist but also the immense strength the stone gives you. My fingers tighten around it, resisting the intense burn that attacks my flesh. I whisper in your ear:” your world has vanished and soon you too will not even be a memory...”
MUSCLEMARINE:
I cannot help but endure the pain as your grip, strong and determined, keeps me trapped. As you hug me, you plunge your hand into my chest to pry out the ruby. The stone itself responds to your touch and grasp... tearing itself from me - it senses your yearning for power and follows exactly that. It has always been drawn to the lust for power rather than love. I feel it unhinges itself as you drag it out. I scream and wail... I grab you by your lats and push you away from me, pulling you off me. "Get your hands off me, you fucking power-lusting narcissist prick." I shove your knee away from my bulge and shove you back.
As you pull away, I watch your hand slide out of my chest with the glowing red jewel - hot, bright, and pulsating like a beating heart. I fall back, on my ass, and crawl back. I feel my torso to check for any blood, or a deep gash... but there is nothing. Its all clean... all but a scar where your hand exited - as it the ruby itself cauterized the hole as it went out. I look up at you, and you are no longer interested in me; your eyes are glued to the prize in your hand as if it is speaking to you. I turn around and look for Alex... I see him and rush towards him, hugging him in a tight embrace.
ALEX CAVA:
"Leave him. Let him have the ruby; we don't need it anymore. We are more valuable than any precious stones and stronger than any spell could ever be. Let him have the stone, the curse that comes with it. " I wrap my arms around Max and keep him tightly against my body. I'm happy. It feels like the ground is shaking beneath our feet until I realize it's real, the floor is actually vibrating shaking the whole building. I look at Max, confused, as I pull him closer to me, smiling confidently. "We've won."
BIG LUCAS:
I grip the stone tightly in my fist. I walk away indifferent to everything around me, surprised by your quick surrender. I climb up from these secret chambers that have guarded our secret for so long. I don't know what will happen to me, but an incredible force drives me to press the ruby against my chest. It sinks into my flesh. I feel it taking possession of me. A sudden, unbearable pain. And then, quickly, an extraordinary peace. I feel stronger, more powerful, but above all I am connected to universal knowledge, to the many secrets of the cosmos. I don't know what fate awaits you... I want to see you disappear into the depths of this place, for these underground rooms to become your mausoleum, reuniting the three players of this story: Freaker, Max and Alex. At that moment, as if the universe wanted to grant my wish, the earth begins to shake.
MUSCLEMARINE:
Held tight in the embrace of Alex, I turn my head to see Lucas leaving the Great Hall as the walls shake and tremble. The whole place is going to fall apart soon, but I don't care. In the arms of my found lover, at last, together again, I feel I am exactly where I need to be no matter what happens. I pull him for a kiss, and then as we break apart to look at each other, I notice out skins starting to pale, wrinkle and change rapidly... The years of longing have finally caught up with us. And with the Ruby gone now, there is nothing to keep us from aging. Although our muscular bodies retain their big shape and form, they look now tired, old, and softening. I drop to one knee and I feel Alex follow me down to the floor. The whole place shakes and start crumbling around us... The walls crack, the ceiling splits open and part of it drops next to us.
Some of the debris scratches my back and I feel a trickle of blood go down my side. We are mortal again, and aging fast, and in danger... But the embrace we are in is worth all this. Love is worth dying. I grab Alex's face and kiss him again. "We are together again... Even for a fleeting moment."
As the two lovers remained clenched together in a tight embrace, unmoved, the walls of Great Hall, on the other hand were anything but stable, shaking, breaking, crumbling all around. They hugged each other, feeling their muscular bodies carved, merged as one; their cocks rubbing each other only confirming their lust for one another.
Their love had endured - death, centuries of wandering... the true test of loyalty. And ultimately, conquered all. They both felt a deep warm fire igniting deep inside them, glowing through their aging skin.
And as they dropped to the floor, dying, holding on tight to each other, they knew they had won much more than just love.
As for Lucas, he made it out alive with a bit more than what he bargained for - power, strength and most of all immortality... but at what cost?
The Red Ruby is not always faithful to the one who holds.
Many have coveted it, lust for it, held it and ultimately paid a high price for it... to it...

25 days agoNamaste - Three gifted writers created an incredible saga that culminated into this third chapter. Delicious, sexy and exciting. Never seen my buddy MuscleMarine that romantic before. This young Big Lucas shows signs of his abilities, not just as a writer but as a fighter. Now that he has the ruby in his possession, we’re sure to see more of him. Thank you for sharing your amazing story on The Shelter.

26 days agoThis saga is simply striking. It deploys a rare intensity, mixing tragedy, desire and confrontation with incredible power. The Lucas–Alex–Max trio is brilliantly constructed, each embodying a worldview that strongly opposes. Writing, very sensory, makes each scene lively, physical, almost palpable. The final choice is overwhelming and gives the story a remarkable emotional depth. As for the ruby, it acts like a fascinating entity, further reinforcing the tragic dimension. A striking work, both epic and deeply human. I loved it.

26 days agoThe end has come, love is retained, I say no more leaving the immense pleasure to my fellow dude readers. I end by saying that the momentum rose steadily over the chapters of this saga like powerful music which surges and lowers ending in a crescendo of immense power. I felt I knew where you all were and are-in Italy the immortal, the glorious as you the protagonists, each different, but all endowered with power rarely scene, sexual, physical metaphysical and more. I have been drawn into your saga -a silent witness to a story of desire, power and so much more I salute you all I want to get close and be a part of you and yet I know that is only between above all Alex and Muscle marine where Lucas is destined for another end -or is this really all the end?

27 days agoFirst of all, thank you my friends for giving me a role in Chapter 1. It made this saga feel personal to me from the very beginning, and I really appreciated being part of its world..
.What an ending. The final felt emotional, intense, romantic and very cinematic. All 3 were not just fighting with your bodies, but with love, obsession, loyalty and power. That made the story feel much bigger than a simple fight.
Alex and MuscleMarine’s ending was beautiful and tragic, choosing love over immortality. Lucas was also a strong character, caught between desire, jealousy and the curse of the ruby. I m not sure my son did the good choice, but now he is immortal.
A powerful and unforgettable finale we are happy to share in THE HIGH TABLE
