I been suffering with mental health for most my life and I’m this year was worst than has ever been which cause me 3 months in mental hospital where I have been diagnosed with a mental disorder (can’t spell) I have now been released and now on road recovery.

Don’t ignore if you not feeling ok in you self getting help could save you from the stress heart ache

I soon be returning back to the ring and in great shape
