Introduction

The ultimate creation of Dr. Gero, designed using the genetics of the greatest fighters. The result was a "perfect warrior", possessing numerous favorable genetic traits and special abilities. He seeks encounters and fights with those who would call themselves heroes, defenders of peace and justice, and seeks to defeat them before absorbing them with his tail.

The process is purposefully slow; Cell will open up the pointed end of his stinger, and it will become a giant sucker. Cell will bring the sucker down on the person, and the sucker will swallow them through Cell's tail into his body. This is a horrifying experience for the victim as they can be heard screaming in muffled voices, begging for Cell to let them out. The person will then be held unconscious in Cell's body. This is Cell's preferred method, as it gives him full power and sustenance from the individual.
