This is a bit of an alternate spin on classic Welt, where he’s an astral detective with an interest in combat sports, mostly wrestling

Welt Yang has always approached the world the same way he approaches the mat: measure the balance, find the leverage point, and apply just enough force to shift everything into place.
Wrestling remains his quiet passion. On any world that still maintains a proper training ring or even a clear stretch of floor in the Express’s storage car he can be found practicing. He favors technical clean throws, precise joint control, the kind of controlled movement that looks almost effortless until the opponent is suddenly on the ground wondering how they got there, though he doesn’t shy away from a little flair. He never sought fame in the circuits, though more than one local champion has left a session with a newfound respect (and a few bruises) For Welt, wrestling is not performance. Its the study of weight, of timing, of the small shifts that decide who remains standing
His career as an astral detective, however, is only just beginning.
